Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pre-Primary Educator at Delhi Public School, Dwarka Expressway, located in Gurugram. The Pre-Primary Educator will be responsible for planning and conducting engaging lessons for the foundational grades up to UKG. Responsibilities include organizing activities that promote fundamental skills, managing classrooms, and nurturing the overall development of each child. The role necessitates fostering a positive learning environment, monitoring student progress, and collaborating with other educators and parents to ensure the best possible educational experiences.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Teaching methodologies
A strong foundation in Education theories and practices
Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with young learners, parents, and colleagues
Experience in Training or guiding students
Passion for working with young children and fostering their development
Relevant certifications or a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
