Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor based in Gurugram. The Admissions Counselor will interact with prospective students, providing guidance on the admission process, answering queries, and supporting them in making informed decisions. Additionally, the role will involve working collaboratively with internal teams, showcasing excellent communication and customer service skills, and contributing to meeting enrollment targets through strategic outreach and engagement activities.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
Proven skills in Customer Service and Sales, especially in education or academic settings
Familiarity with the education sector and a passion for helping students achieve their goals
Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM systems is an advantage
Commitment to maintaining a professional demeanor and a student-centric approach in all interactions
