Key Responsibilities
Handle UK / Europe market accounts and communication
Manage end-to-end order execution from development to shipment
Coordinate with design, production, and QC teams
Track timelines, approvals, costing, and delivery schedules
Ensure smooth execution in a fast-paced, evolving setup
Requirements
4–8 years of merchandising experience in export apparel
Strong understanding of buyer expectations, compliance, and processes
Excellent communication, organisation, and ownership mindset
Ability to manage multiple styles simultaneously
Detail-oriented, commercially aware, and self-driven
Willing to be hands-on, adaptable, and growth-focused
