Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Academic Counsellor for our on-site office located in Gurugram. The Academic Counsellor will assist students in making informed academic decisions by understanding their interests, strengths, and career aspirations. They will provide personalized career and education counseling to students and engage in one-on-one consultations. Additionally, the role involves guiding learners through course selection, ensuring they understand the available tutoring options, and managing client relationships to enhance their educational outcomes.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and providing Academic Advising
Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with students and parents
Familiarity with the Education sector and understanding the unique needs of students
Ability to guide and mentor students in selecting suitable academic and career paths
Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
Previous experience in academic advising or a related field is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline
