Position: Behavioral / Communications Trainer- Sr. Professional / Process Leader
Job Purpose:

Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering communications and behavioral training, administering training need analysis to impact analysis of training, stakeholder connections and customizing and updating content as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Able to design, develop, and impart behavioral and communication trainings programs including offline and online content in the areas of Client, Team and stakeholder communication on a regular basis for freshers/laterals globally.
Deliver Acuity's signature communications and behavioral training for junior level staff across business and enablement teams
Customize training content to meet the specific needs of different delivery teams, including beginners, intermediate users, and advanced users.
Continuously improve training programs based on participant feedback and technological advancements.
Creating/updating new content, assessment, assignments, guides, e-learning modules, case study, and quizzes on training modules on Acuity's in-house LMS thereby improving online modules feedback.
Collaborate with KPO and Technology business teams to identify training needs through surveys and observations. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and feedback. Prepare reports on training outcomes and recommendations for future training needs.
As a team, we encourage working from office at least 3 days a week.

Key

Competencies:

In-depth knowledge and degree in communications / psychology / management.
Minimum Work experience of 8-10 years as full-time corporate trainer role.
Intermediate knowledge of MS office, and Online learning resources to be used will be an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi- tasked environment and adapt to changing business landscapes.
Flexibility to work different hours as per time zones across the globe.
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken), Interpersonal skills, organizational skills, highly motivated and willing to work hard.
Should be a team player, enthusiastic, energetic and aggressive.
