Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Special Educator, located in Gurgaon. The Special Educator will work hands-on with students with diverse abilities, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), and facilitate inclusive learning experiences. Responsibilities include assessing student needs, delivering specialized instructional strategies, collaborating with caregivers and therapeutic professionals, and providing feedback on progress. The role also involves organizing workshops, as well as participating in the development of learning resources tailored to diverse needs.
Qualifications
Expertise in creating and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and specialized instructional strategies
Skills in behavior management, curriculum adaptation, and inclusive teaching practices
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with caregivers, therapists, and educational teams
Knowledge of assistive technologies and tools used for individuals with diverse abilities
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
Experience working with children or adults with diverse learning needs is preferred
Empathy, patience, and a passion for fostering inclusive education
