Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tutor located in Gurugram. The Tutor will provide personalized one-on-one coaching to students across various subjects, foreign languages, and academic courses, tailored to their individual needs and learning objectives. Tasks include creating lesson plans, delivering engaging sessions, and assessing students' progress to help them achieve academic success and improve their skills.
Qualifications
Strong teaching skills in academic subjects, foreign languages, or specialized courses
Ability to develop personalized lesson plans and adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proficient in assessing and tracking student progress, providing constructive feedback
Experience in using technology for online tutoring is an asset
A passion for teaching and helping students achieve their academic potential
Bachelor's degree in Education, a specific subject area, or related field
Prior experience in teaching or tutoring is preferred
