Position Overview

The Content Developer will be responsible for creating innovative and effective learning content
for global clients. This role requires collaboration with subject matter experts and design teams to develop engaging and high-quality training materials tailored for both online and classroom environments.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development

Learning Content Creation:  Develop and deliver well-researched and innovative training content tailored to meet global client needs, ensuring relevance, clarity, and engagement.
Storyboarding:  Design detailed storyboards for web-based learning modules and classroom training materials, aligning with learning objectives.
Course Structuring:  Build structured and cohesive courses that adhere to client requirements, incorporating adult learning principles.

Collaboration and Research

Expert Interaction:  Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather insights, understand complex concepts, and translate them into easily comprehensible content.
Content Analysis:  Research, read, and analyze existing content and industry trends to enhance the quality of training materials for corporate learners.

Design Integration

Multimedia Conceptualization:  Partner with visual design teams to integrate multimedia elements such as infographics, animations, and videos to enhance learner engagement.

Tool Adoption:  Stay updated on and effectively utilize the latest content development tools and software to improve efficiency and output quality.

Qualifications and Skills

Educational Background

Bachelor's degree (Graduates from renowned Universities preferred)
Minimum 0 to 2 yrs exp. preferred for this role.

Communication Skills

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to articulate ideas clearly and creatively.

Creative and Analytical Abilities

Strong aptitude for writing, coupled with creativity and imagination.
Ability to research and understand diverse topics and domains.
Analytical mindset to evaluate and refine content for better engagement and understanding.

Collaboration and Visualization

Enjoys working with diverse teams and building collaborative relationships.
Proficient in visualizing concepts for effective content delivery.

Technical and Tool Expertise

Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies for content creation.
Familiarity with content authoring tools and learning management systems is an advantage.
