About the Role:
In this pivotal role, you will be the primary link between Parents and the School. You will play a key part in the school's growth by guiding parents through the admissions process, helping them understand how Global Public School can unlock their child's potential for a better, brighter future. This is a target-driven role that combines sales acumen with a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Be a Trusted Guide:
Conduct one-on-one consultations with parents and students, understanding their aspirations and demonstrating how GPS's academic programs and environment are the ideal fit for their child's future.
Drive Admissions:
Manage the end-to-end admissions process from initial inquiry to enrolment, achieving and exceeding recruitment targets.
Build Relationships:
Represent GPS at school visits, education fairs, and community events. Proactively engage with prospective families via calls, emails, and social media.
Host & Inspire:
Organize and lead campus tours, open houses, and informational webinars that compellingly showcase the GPS advantage.
Provide Expert Support:
Advise parents on application procedures, deadlines, program details, and the unique opportunities that set Global Public School apart.
Who We Are Looking For:
A Bachelor's degree is required.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Counselling, or Admissions. Your proven ability to persuade, close, and build relationships is crucial.
Excellent Communication & Presentation
Skills:
You are articulate, persuasive, and presentable with a professional, approachable personality.
A Goal-Getter: A strong drive to meet and exceed admissions targets.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
A Problem-Solver:
You enjoy helping families navigate decisions and can handle multiple priorities with ease.
