Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for an Assistant Professor in Aerospace Engineering. The role involves delivering effective classroom instructions, guiding undergraduate and postgraduate students, supervising research and project work, and contributing to the department through research publications and curriculum development. The Assistant Professor will engage in academic and scholarly activities, collaborate on research initiatives, participate in faculty development programs, and provide mentorship to students to support their academic growth and future success.
Qualifications
Strong subject knowledge in air-breathing, propulsion, space technologies, structural analysis, flight dynamics and control, and avionics
Experience in research methodology, scholarly writing, and publishing in national or international peer-reviewed journals
Effective teaching skills, curriculum development experience, and the ability to employ innovative teaching methodologies
Proficient communication skills, presentation abilities, and the capacity to mentor students
Proficiency in engaging with interdisciplinary teams and working collaboratively on research projects
Doctorate in Aerospace Engineering or M.Tech. in Aerospace Engineering for Tier-I Institutes
Demonstrated commitment to academic excellence, research contributions, and continuous professional development
