Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Gurugram for a Program Advisor. The Program Advisor will help guide prospective students through the admission process to online and distance learning programs. Responsibilities include providing detailed counseling to students, addressing inquiries about educational programs, assisting with the application process, and maintaining accurate records of interactions using a CRM system. The advisor will work collaboratively with the marketing and counseling teams to meet institutional enrollment targets and ensure a seamless experience for prospective students.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide effective counseling and build rapport with students
Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple inquiries and follow-ups
Proficiency in using CRM software and tools for tracking student interactions and managing leads
Knowledge of digital marketing, student enrollment strategies, and education sector trends
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute to collaborative efforts
Prior experience in student counseling, admissions, or customer service is a plus
Educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
