Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Math Foundation Faculty, located in Gurugram. The faculty will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to students preparing for CBSE and Olympiad exams (VII to X). The role includes developing study materials, conducting assessments, mentoring students, tracking their progress, and providing individualized guidance to enhance their mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Collaboration with colleagues to maintain a high standard of education and adapting teaching approaches to meet diverse learning needs are key parts of the job.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Mathematics and ability to teach concepts ranging from basic to advanced levels.
Experience in preparing students for CBSE and Olympiads, with a good understanding of their syllabus and examination patterns.
Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prepare study materials and implement innovative teaching methodologies.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students with a focus on their academic and personal growth.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
Prior teaching experience in competitive exam preparation would be an advantage.
