360 is looking for a dedicated and student-focused Counselor to guide aspirants through the NEET UG, NEET PG, and

B.Tech admission processes. You will work closely with students to understand their goals, provide accurate guidance, assist with applications, and ensure a smooth and informed admission journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to help students understand their admission options, choice-filling strategies, and overall process for NEET UG, NEET PG, and

B.Tech.

Provide step-by-step support for form filling, documentation, and application-related requirements.

Maintain consistent communication with students across multiple channels including face-to-face counseling, online live sessions, email, and phone.

Address queries promptly and ensure students receive timely and accurate information throughout their counselling journey.

Conduct informative webinars and sessions for students and parents to help them make better career decisions.

Collaborate with the content team by supporting research, script development, and idea inputs for educational content.

Participate in shoots for informative videos and contribute to creating accurate and student-friendly content.

Desired Candidate Profile :
Any Graduate in any specialization; a background in Psychology (Bachelor's/Master's) is preferred.

0–5 years of counseling experience, ideally in the Ed-Tech or career guidance domain. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand student concerns, guide them responsibly, and maintain professionalism.

Interest or basic experience in content creation, research, and participation in educational video shoots.
