About the role

Our global People & Culture (P&C) team is expanding! In this newly created role, you will work closely with the Sr. People & Culture Manager – APAC and L&D Manager to coordinate and manage the administration of a range of learning and development activities and projects.

You will also be the first point of contact for all learning and development queries, work closely with the business to create and facilitate global training programs.

The role would suit a well organised individual who has excellent attention to detail and who enjoys spinning several plates at once. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support all APAC Learning & Development programs and initiatives.
Send communications regarding learning and development activities.
Send training invitations, track attendance, and maintain program records.
Manage training evaluations and feedback processes to measure effectiveness.
Research external training providers and support budgeting for training requests.
Ensure mandatory and compliance training is completed within agreed timelines.
Coordinate and facilitate internal training programs, including managing internal trainers and learning assets.
Support the delivery of new hire onboarding and training programs, ensuring a consistent and professional experience.
Maintain and update the Learning Management Platform, ensuring content, modules, and learning paths are current and relevant.
Liaise with stakeholders, trainers, and leadership to align training requirements and ensure all leadership live sessions are scheduled in advance.
Prepare and support regular learning and development reports for leadership.
Contribute creative ideas and recommend improvements to learning programs and processes.
Support ad hoc projects and tasks as required.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required attributes:
A Level equivalent or above and/or 2-4 years of proven work experience working in L&D coordination, administration and facilitator.
Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)

Experience with e-learning platforms
Fluency in English is essential

Experience of working in a busy environment & managing multiple priorities
A passion for delivering excellent customer service, stakeholder, and supplier relationships
Has excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
Is a self-starter mindset and able to proactively identify opportunities to improve solutions and ways of working
Excellent MS skills particularly Outlook, MS PowerPoint, Excel & Word

Desirable attributes:
Proven experience in managing a Learning Management System
Proven experience working for a fast-growing international organisation or professional services business
Proven work experience managing complex meeting schedules across multiple time zones
