Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for an English Educator at Pragyanam, located in Gurugram. The English Educator will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment, evaluating student progress, and encouraging students' critical thinking and creativity. Collaboration with fellow educators, participation in training programs, and ensuring alignment with the Life-Skills based curriculum are also key components of the role.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Lesson Planning and delivering effective educational content aligned with curriculum goals
Proficiency in Teaching, Training, and student engagement techniques
Excellent Communication skills for fostering classroom discussions and parent-teacher interaction
A degree in Education, English Literature, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Experience in middle school education and understanding of age-appropriate instructional methods
Ability to create an inclusive and motivating learning environment
