Job Overview:
Pathways World School is seeking a qualified and experienced English Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum, specifically in teaching the MYP & DP.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective English instruction for the IB Programme ( Grade 9 to 12 )
Develop and implement lesson plans that foster critical thinking, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of literature.
Assess and evaluate student performance, providing timely feedback to support their academic growth
Collaborate with colleagues to improve curriculum and teaching practices.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in English.
Minimum of 6-8 years of teaching experience, specifically in the IB curriculum
Proven experience with the IB curriculum and teaching methodologies.
