Proven involvement in research projects, consultancy assignments , and industry collaborations
Experience in curriculum design , outcome-based education (OBE) , and academic quality assurance practices
Contribution to funded research , innovation projects, patents, or startup incubation activities
Leadership roles in academic administration , departmental initiatives, or professional bodies (desirable for senior roles)
