Bachelor's in Education (B.Ed) or Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) or Montessori Training / Early Childhood Care and Education

At MRIS 51, we believe that every child is a curious explorer. We're looking for a  warm, creative, and hands-on EY Educator  who brings energy, empathy, and an inquiry-led approach to the classroom.

Key Responsibilities
Design and lead play-based, inquiry-driven lessons that nurture curiosity, creativity, and confidence
Create a vibrant, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active exploration
Support early development in communication, literacy, numeracy, and life skills through hands-on learning experiences
Foster strong relationships with children and parents, and collaborate closely with the Early Years team
Contribute to a culture of care, joy, and purposeful discovery in the foundational years

Essential Requirements
At least 5 years of prior experience working with young children (ages 3–6)
Strong communication skills and a nurturing presence
A passion for early childhood education and learning through inquiry and play
