Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for teaching/mentoring undergraduate and postgraduate students.
The faculty member will be responsible for teaching/monitoring/advising/ provide research and service for the university.
Research leading to publication in reputed, and quality journals are required for tenure consideration.
Strong communication skills and effective teaching pedagogy techniques are necessary.
Must be effective in handling extracurricular activities.
Self-inclined towards bringing laurels and honor to the department or university.
To contribute to research and development to establish the center of excellence.
