We are on a mission to revolutionize the way people dine out, and we're looking for a data-driven, growth-obsessed Performance Marketing Manager to help scale our customer acquisition and retention across digital channels.
What You'll Do
As our Performance Marketing Manager , you will play a key role in driving growth through digital performance channels. You'll manage campaigns, optimize for ROAS, and help craft strategies that scale both demand and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Programmatic, and affiliate networks.
Plan and execute user acquisition strategies to drive app installs, traffic, and conversions.
Monitor daily performance metrics to understand effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
A/B test creatives, audiences, and messaging across channels.
Collaborate with the creative and product teams to build high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
Work with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Apps Flyer, Firebase, etc.) to measure, report, and improve ROI.
Stay ahead of performance marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
What We're Looking For
3–6 years of hands-on experience in managing performance marketing campaigns (especially app marketing).
Proven track record of managing large digital budgets and delivering high ROAS.
Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, UAC campaigns, DSPs, and retargeting platforms.
Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, Apps Flyer, or similar MMPs.
Strong grasp of marketing KPIs (CPA, CTR, CPI, LTV, ROAS).
Passion for the food, dining, or hospitality space is a big plus!
