The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented  Academic Operations  to support the seamless execution of academic operations across programmes. This role focuses on coordinating classroom delivery, managing academic workflows, supporting faculty and students, and ensuring smooth day-to-day academic functioning.

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day execution of academic operations and classroom delivery.
Coordinate scheduling, classroom readiness, and faculty requirements.
Assist in LMS management including course setup, tracking, and troubleshooting.
Maintain attendance records, academic data, and operational documentation.
Monitor student and faculty queries and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with facilities and administrative teams for smooth operations.
Track academic workflows and highlight risks or delays proactively.

Experience

1-3 years of experience in academic operations, program coordination, or similar roles
Exposure to LMS platforms or academic workflows preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
