Fashion Stylist

Role Overview :
We are looking for a Fashion Stylist with strong on-ground styling experience who is equally comfortable working with Generative AI–driven workflows. This role sits at the intersection of fashion, visual storytelling, and AI-led content creation, supporting both physical shoots and AI-generated model imagery at scale.

The stylist will play a key role in defining prompt logic, ensuring visual consistency, and maintaining brand aesthetics across GenAI outputs — while ensuring all results remain fashion-authentic and commercially relevant.

Key Responsibilities
1. Shoot & Styling Execution
Style eyewear-led fashion shoots (catalog, campaigns, PDPs, editorials)
Research fashion trends and build styling narratives aligned with brand positioning
Execute on-ground styling for model and product shoots
2. GenAI & Virtual Production
Translate real-world styling sensibilities into GenAI prompts and reference frameworks
Work closely with AI and creative teams to:
Define outfit logic, silhouettes, layering, textures, and color harmony
Maintain brand-safe fashion aesthetics across AI-generated visuals
Curate and validate AI-generated outputs from a stylist's lens
Build reusable styling frameworks for GenAI pipelines (poses, outfit families, seasonal edits, demographics)
Collaborate with creative, tech, and catalog teams to scale styling operations without compromising quality

Mandatory Skillset (Non-Negotiable)
Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools such as:
Midjourney
Stable Diffusion
DALL
· E (or similar platforms)
Experience working on AI model generation or virtual try-on workflows
Strong understanding of:
Prompt structuring for fashion-focused outputs
Visual references, mood boards, and AI iteration cycles
Ability to bridge human styling intuition with machine-generated visuals

Core Fashion Requirements
4+ years of professional styling experience (e-commerce, brand, or editorial environments)
Strong portfolio demonstrating:
Apparel styling
Accessories / eyewear / beauty styling
Deep understanding of:
Global fashion aesthetics and trend awareness
Fit, proportion, color theory, and trend translation
Strong commercial sensibility with an eye for brand alignment
