Role Overview  We are seeking a creative and analytical Social Media & Content Strategist with a strong passion for the beauty and fashion space. This role focuses on leveraging platform-specific content strategies—particularly Instagram Reels and You Tube Shorts—while collaborating with influencers and internal teams to enhance the brand's digital presence. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of social trends, competitor activity, and cross-platform storytelling.

Key Responsibilities   Competitor Analysis
Research and analyze social media content from other beauty and fashion brands, especially on Instagram Reels. Identify high-performing strategies and derive actionable insights that can inform our content plans.
Cross-Platform Strategy
Build strategies to connect Instagram Reels' performance with You Tube growth. Create a cohesive content ecosystem by reusing and adapting content creatively across platforms for maximum impact.
You Tube Shorts Planning
Develop original, engaging, and shareable video ideas tailored for You Tube Shorts. Stay informed about updates in You Tube's policies or algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly.
Influencer Collaboration
Coordinate with the influencer marketing team to onboard creators who align with the brand's tone and ongoing trends. Support influencers with guidance to ensure their content aligns with the brand's storytelling goals.
Strategic Presentations and Planning
Prepare and present trend reports, competitor studies, and platform performance insights. Work closely with the creative team to develop visuals and content ideas, and present these to internal stakeholders.
Trend Monitoring
Constantly track emerging trends within the beauty and social media space. Apply relevant and timely trends to campaigns to keep the brand current and engaging.
Qualifications   Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in social media strategy development and execution
In-depth knowledge of the beauty industry and digital content landscape
Strong analytical, planning, and presentation skills
Experience working with influencers and creative teams
