Brand Designer - Senior Manager

With the expanding scope of Beverages business for India BU, this role will be driving Flavours, Juices and energy AOP and ongoing business priorities on India Bev portfolio applying world class creative execution, design management and deployment.

Responsibilities

Elevate the role of Flavours, Juices and energy in Bev portfolio
Independently take care of stakeholder management both internal and external and support Associate director in driving all the agendas
Take ownership of the visual identity for Bev brands in the portfolio, working in collaboration with the Design Director, brand teams, insights teams and global design while leading design team members.
Generate creative design proposals (scenarios, concepts) in order to visualize the desired output and share it with internal and external team members.
Participate in research activities and effectively translates customer needs into actionable design requirements – and execute those requirements into design solutions.
Drives final design recommendations, decisions and design approval to enable artwork execution / production phases, ensuring thorough consideration of all project variables and that the final solution will perform as planned.

Qualifications

Extraordinary design taste and skill
Extraordinary ability in using the Adobe Creative Suite software (3D software knowledge is a bonus)
Strong project management and design management skills
Ability to work in a dynamic work environment; comfortable with risk and uncertainty
Can effectively influence senior levels in the organization across brands and functions
Effectively communicate (verbally and written) with internal and external stakeholder across all levels
Works well with others to deliver results; keeps others informed at all times
Proficiency in oral and written English (a big plus)
Capability to develop and visualize concepts through hand sketching or computer software
