Role Overview :
We are seeking a talented, highly creative, and detail-oriented Creative Designer - Branding & Graphics to join our design team. This role will be pivotal in defining and executing the visual identity of our experiences, creating captivating designs that align with both our clients' brands and our own unique Enout vision. You will collaborate closely with our strategy, project management, and experiential teams to deliver engaging, innovative designs for off-sites, team-building events, internal campaigns, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Branding & Visual Design:  Develop and maintain Enout's visual brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency across both internal and external projects. Create standout brand assets for client experiences, including logos, typography, color palettes, and digital assets.
Graphic Design for Experiences:  Design compelling visual elements that enhance the impact of curated off-site experiences, including event materials, promotional collateral, signage, and digital presentations. Ensure each design reflects the personality and goals of the client, while staying true to Enout's core values and design principles.
Collaborative Design Strategy:  Work hand-in-hand with project managers, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand client needs and craft designs that elevate the overall experience. Contribute to brainstorming sessions to generate innovative concepts and solutions that exceed client expectations. Storytelling
Through Design:  Create visually engaging materials that tell a story and immerse the audience. From concept to execution, ensure your designs spark curiosity and foster emotional connections.
High-Quality Asset Creation:  Create high-quality, ready-to-use design assets for both print and digital formats, including brochures, websites, social media graphics, email campaigns, and internal communications.
Brand Consistency & Standards:  Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to, whether designing for Enout or our clients. Uphold design standards to ensure consistency across all visual and experiential deliverables. Stay Ahead of
Design Trends:  Continuously research and stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Push the envelope creatively, striving to innovate and elevate each design project you touch
Communication &

Collaboration:

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to internal teams and clients. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adjusting to shifting priorities.
Attention to Detail:  Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering work that is both beautiful and precise. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

Experience:

At least 1 year of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, graphics, and creative design for large-scale projects or events.
Design

Skills:

Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant tools. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
Creative Vision:  Ability to think conceptually and execute designs that align with brand strategies and client objectives. A keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for delivering high-quality, innovative work.
