Role Overview We are looking for a Video Editor Trainee who is passionate about digital storytelling, social media content, and creative editing. This is a 6-month trainee role designed for individuals who want hands-on experience in editing videos for ads, social media creatives, brand campaigns, and performance-based marketing assets.
Key Responsibilities Edit short-form and long-form video content for Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube, and other platforms.
Assist senior editors in creating high-performing video ads for performance marketing.
Add transitions, subtitles, sound effects, background music, graphics, and animations.
Work on reels, promotional videos, testimonials, product videos, and brand creatives.
Collaborate with the creative, design, and media buying teams to deliver final outputs.
Manage raw footage, maintain file organization, and follow brand guidelines.
Stay updated with editing trends, platform requirements, and creative best practices.
Required Skills Basic proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve .
Understanding of social media video formats and trends.
Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to experiment with new ideas.
Basic knowledge of color correction, sound syncing, and motion graphics is a plus.
Ability to take feedback and work within team deadlines.
Eligibility Freshers or students who have completed coursework in video editing, multimedia, animation, or related fields.
Portfolio or sample work (even basic) is preferred.
Strong interest in growing in the digital marketing and creative domain.
