We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive  Project Coordinator  to join our growing team in Gurugram, India.

At  Utilities One , we are committed to delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions across the utilities, energy, and telecommunications sectors. As we expand our presence in India, we are looking for individuals who are passionate about operational excellence and want to contribute to impactful, real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Directors in planning, coordinating, and executing projects.
Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and schedules.
Act as a liaison between internal teams, management, and external stakeholders.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
Track project progress, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
Monitor and report on project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
Identify potential risks or delays and escalate issues as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Support with administrative tasks related to project management.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar administrative/coordination role (preferred).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Work schedule:

Monday - Friday from 6:30 PM till 2:30 AM
