We are seeking a proactive  Office Executive  to manage day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a wide range of responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.

Roles and Responsibilities    Handle office documentation, record-keeping, and data entry.
Assist in scheduling meetings, managing emails, and coordinating office activities.
Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships.
Support the team with daily administrative and operational tasks.
Ensure proper filing and document organization.
Skills Required    Strong organizational and time-management skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in  MS Office Suite , particularly Word and Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
A proactive and a can-do attitude.
