Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across time zones
Handle email correspondence and draft professional communications
Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and spreadsheets
Support project tracking, task follow-ups, and internal coordination
Assist with data entry, record keeping, and basic reporting
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as required
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
Support ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed
Required
Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office (Docs, Sheets, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting managers or project teams
Familiarity with task/project management tools (e.g., Asana, Click Up, Trello)
Prior experience working with international clients or remote teams
