Business Analyst - Vendor Set-Up Data Management Specialist

We are inviting applications for the role of      Business Analyst     - Vendor Set-Up Data Management Specialist
In this role, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Vendor Set-Up Data Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the   vendor   set-up process, ensuring accurate data entry, and maintaining comprehensive vendor records.

Key Responsibilities      :
Vendor Onboarding:
Coordinate the vendor onboarding process, including collecting necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Data Entry:
Accurately enter vendor information into the company%27s database and maintain up-to-date records.

Quality Assurance:
Verify the accuracy of vendor data and perform regular audits to ensure data integrity.

Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors during the set-up process, addressing any questions or concerns.

Collaboration:

Work closely with procurement, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless vendor integration.

Compliance:
Ensure all vendor data complies with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Reporting:
Generate and analyze reports on vendor data to support decision-making processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent,

Good years of experience in data management, vendor management, or a similar role.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in data management software and Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel and Outlook, and willingness to experiment and work with new technologies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills
Knowledge of industry best practices in vendor management and data integrity.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Innovative in providing and addressing business needs in a changing environment
