* Dentis India Private Limited is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to manage coordination with doctors, handle documentation, and ensure smooth follow-ups related to services, orders, and payments.
* Key Responsibilities
* Verify and manage Doctors' MOUs and related documentation
Follow up with doctors regarding service-related queries
Coordinate and follow up on payment-related matters
Handle order confirmations and ensure timely processing
Maintain accurate records of interactions, orders, and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
Ensure clear and professional communication with doctors and partners
* Required
Skills & Qualifications
* 1.5 – 2 years of experience in customer support / coordination
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Comfortable with follow-ups via phone, email, and Whats App
Good knowledge of MS Office and documentation handling
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up independently
* Preferred Profile
* Experience working with doctors, clinics, or healthcare-related clients (preferred, not mandatory)
Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
