Role Overview
The Front Office Executive will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring smooth front-desk operations and a professional workplace environment. The role requires strong administrative coordination, communication management, and customer service skills to support daily office functioning efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Visitor Management
Manage the reception area and handle all front-desk operations
Greet visitors and clients professionally and guide them appropriately
Maintain visitor logs and follow access/security protocols
Ensure reception and common areas remain clean and presentable
Communication Management
Handle all incoming and outgoing calls and route them to the appropriate departments
Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-ups
Respond to general email and telephone inquiries
Provide accurate information about the organization's services
Administrative Support
Maintain and organize files, documents, and records
Coordinate meeting room bookings and meeting arrangements
Manage courier, dispatch, and postal services
Monitor and replenish office stationery and supplies
Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
Customer Service & Brand Representation
Deliver a high standard of customer service to visitors and clients
Address and resolve queries or complaints in line with company policies
Escalate issues to management when necessary
Represent the organization professionally and build positive brand perception
Compliance & Safety
Adhere to all safety and security procedures
Report unsafe situations or incidents to management
Attend required meetings and training sessions
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
3+ years of experience in customer service, front desk, or a related professional role
Proficient in English (verbal and written communication)
Professional appearance and presentation
