The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support with a primary focus on calendar management, travel coordination, and day-to-day scheduling to ensure smooth executive operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including bookings and itineraries
Act as a coordination point between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
Schedule meetings, calls, and video conferences; ensure timely follow-ups
Handle emails, communication, and basic documentation support
Skills & Requirements
Strong coordination and organizational skills
Excellent time management and communication abilities
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Proficiency in MS Outlook and calendar tools
