Key Responsibilities Reporting & Data Analysis
Collect, analyze, and summarize information to prepare reports for managers and the management team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ERP/SAP or other internal systems.
Generate reports on sales activities, order status, and customer feedback.
Order Processing & Customer Support
Assist in entering and processing customer orders.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Provide first-line support to customers regarding order status, product availability, and delivery schedules.
Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Sales Support
Assist the sales team with quotations, updating customer information, and maintaining sales records.
Prepare reports and presentations for customer interactions.
Assist in quote preparation and ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
Inventory & Logistics Coordination
Monitor inventory levels of automotive steel products.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability and timely deliveries.
Administrative & Office Support
Manage office supplies, pantry items, and maintain related records.
Coordinate with drivers, office staff, and building facility teams.
Handle travel arrangements, including hotel and flight bookings for management.
Maintain sales-related documentation, contracts, and correspondence in compliance with company policies.
Support smooth functioning of the office by performing other duties as assigned.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless coordination of orders.
