Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist, located in Gurugram. The Front Desk Receptionist will handle day-to-day responsibilities including managing incoming calls, performing receptionist duties, handling clerical tasks, welcoming and assisting visitors, and ensuring efficient front desk operations. Providing excellent customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor is a key part of this role.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
Solid foundation in Clerical Skills such as organizing files, managing schedules, and handling administrative tasks
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact graciously with clients and team members
Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a dynamic work environment
Prior experience in a similar role and familiarity with office software tools is advantageous
