Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive / Operations Specialist to manage and support day-to-day operational, administrative, and coordination activities. The role requires strong follow-up skills, structured documentation, and close coordination with founders, finance, HR, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Roles & Responsibilities
Operational & Process Management:
Monitor daily operations, track productivity, prepare reports, and maintain SOPs for recurring processes.
Founder, Stakeholder & Internal Coordination:
Schedule, coordinate, and document meetings with founders and key stakeholders.
Invoice, Payment & Vendor Management:
Manage invoice creation, payment follow-ups, reconciliations, and vendor coordination.
Attendance, Asset & Admin Management:
Maintain accurate attendance, leave, biometric data, and IT asset records.
Hiring & HR Support:
Create job descriptions, coordinate hiring activities, and support internal HR processes.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and internal celebrations.
Branding & Content Coordination:
Coordinate social media, branding communication, and content publishing as per defined calendars.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders efficiently.
Good documentation and reporting skills.
Working knowledge of tools such as Hubstaff, Google Workspace, and basic HR/admin systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Management / Operations preferred).
1–5 years of experience in operations, administration, HR coordination, or a similar role.
Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment will be an added advantage.
