SAP – Data Entry Operator

PR creation for new SO/PO & amendment.
Creation of SES/DPR/Checklist in SAP.
Comparative between Bill Booked Value SAP vs Actual Certification.
Creation of Material/Service Code in SAP.
Roles & Resposibilites
Insert Project based data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
Must have experience in SAP. AutoCAD experience is an added advantage.
Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output as per the requirements laid down by the Project Managers at different sites and Regional office.
Research and obtain further information for incomplete specific documents.
Generate reports and perform backup operations.
Scan documents and print files, when needed.
Respond to queries for information and access relevant files as per the requirements of Project Managers and Regional office.
Comply with data integrity and security policies.
Educational Qualification and

Experience:

Diploma Holder.
Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator.
5+ years of experience in SAP in Construction/Real Estate Sector.
Experience in AUTOCAD will be an added advantage.
Attention to detail.

Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
