We are looking for a well-presented and organized Receptionist cum Admin Executive who will be responsible for managing front-desk operations along with providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties:
Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage front desk operations and maintain the visitor log.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and direct them to the concerned departments.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist during meetings when required.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry requirements.
Coordinate with vendors, courier services, and facility management.
Maintain records, files, and office documentation.
Support HR/Admin tasks such as attendance coordination, employee communication, and onboarding support.
Assist in travel arrangements, reimbursements, and bill tracking as required.
Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the reception and office area.
