We are looking for Assistant Manager / Senior Executive for our Tendering & Bid Management team.

Your Core Responsibilities shall be
• End-to-End Tender Management – Handle the complete tender life cycle, including searching opportunities, registrations, documentation, approvals, submissions (online/offline), and final order finalization.
• Documentation & Compliance – Review tender requirements, prepare technical and commercial documents, ensure pre-qualification compliance, maintain MIS reports, and manage systematic records.
• Client & Authority Coordination – Prepare pre-bid queries, seek clarifications, attend pre-bid meetings, and maintain regular communication with clients/authorities.
• Internal Collaboration – Coordinate with management for approvals, clarifications, and decision-making throughout the bidding process.
• Process Accuracy & Confidentiality – Ensure timely, error-free submissions, adherence to procedures, and confidentiality of all tender-related documents.
Desired Candidate must have
• Education –
B. Tech / B.E. / BCA /
B.COM
• Technical Skills – Proficient in MS Office, Adobe, PDF, and experienced with GEM Portal & other e-Procurement platforms.
• Communication & Collaboration – Strong written and verbal English skills; ability to work independently as well as in teams.
• Organizational Strengths – Strong documentation, record-keeping, and organizational abilities.
We would prefer if you have experience in these industries or segments.

• Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Information Technology (IT), and IT-Enabled Services (ITES)
• Consumer Electronics, Appliances & Durables, and Consultancy Service
