Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Founder's Office Executive. The Founder's Office Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating various day-to-day tasks including administrative support, project management, research, and communication. The role also involves liaising with different departments, organizing meetings, preparing reports, and contributing to strategic planning and execution.
Qualifications
Administrative skills:
Efficient in managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence
Project Management skills:
Able to plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
Research skills:
Proficient in conducting thorough research and presenting findings clearly
Communication skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders
Analytical skills:
Ability to analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Experience in the healthcare or nutrition industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
