Admin Executive (Female)
Job Summary
We are hiring a proactive and well-spoken Admin Executive (Female) to manage office admin, front-desk, HR coordination, and expense management.
Key Responsibilities
Front desk & reception management
Office administration, vendor coordination, facility management
HR support recruitment coordination, onboarding,offboarding, attendance & leave tracking
Document handling Excel trackers, reports
Travel bookings, meeting arrangements, office supplies & procurement
Expense management reimbursements, petty cash, vendor bills, monthly reports
Skills Required
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point
Basic HR knowledge, documentation & record-keeping
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage confidential information
Experience in expense management (preferred)
Qualification
Graduate (BBA,B.Com,BA or similar)
