Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant at Arrakis Traders Private Limited located in Gurugram, India. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone communications, handling clerical tasks, and assisting with executive administrative duties.
Qualifications
Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Clerical Skills proficiency
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and office management software
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
1-3 years of experience ONLY.
