About the Role
Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Personal Assistant to support senior leadership with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, dependable, and enjoys being the backbone that keeps operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedules, emails, and day-to-day communications
Coordinate meetings (in-person and virtual), prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items
Handle documentation, presentations, and basic reports using common office tools
Maintain accurate records, files, and administrative data
Support general office coordination and miscellaneous admin tasks
Assist with basic office setups such as laptops, Wi-Fi, and accounts when needed
Act as a reliable point of coordination between teams and leadership

Strong organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and follow-through
Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
Proactive, dependable, and ownership-driven mindset
Comfortable using everyday tools like email, calendars, and document editors
This is a hands-on assistant role with real responsibility and close collaboration with leadership.
