Junior Associate - Accounting

Wellversed is actively seeking a skilled Accounts Professional with expertise in SAP/Tally, Excel, and Google Sheets. The core responsibility of this role will be to manage purchase, sales, and stock data utilizing SAP/Tally PRIME

Responsibilities

Accurately prepare GST data and assist in GST record reconciliation for compliance.
Prepare TDS data and ensure adherence to TDS regulations with timely updates.
Maintain precise daily transaction bookkeeping using Tally or SAP.
Ensure prompt and accurate data entry for all financial records and invoices.
Support financial reporting by generating reports and statements in Excel or Google Sheets.
Uphold data integrity and consistency within Tally/SAP.
Deliver records and reports within stipulated timelines to minimize turnaround time (TAT).
Aid in financial data preparation for audits and compliance checks.
Maintain organized records of all transactions for both internal and external reviews.
Collaborate effectively with senior accountants and the finance team to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications & Skills
Proficiency in Tally or SAP is essential.
Strong working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
Familiarity with TDS and GST data preparation.
Solid understanding of bookkeeping and financial reporting principles.
