Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant based in Gurgaon. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, recording and reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Daily tasks include monitoring accounts, processing invoices, preparing budgets, and conducting financial analysis to support decision-making. The Accountant will also collaborate with other teams to streamline financial processes and contribute to the company's overall financial health.

Qualifications
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
Proficiency in financial software tools like Tally, accounting systems, and advanced use of spreadsheets
1-3 years of work experience
Problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and interpret financial data
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documenting and managing financial records
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CA is a plus
Experience working in the travel industry or startup environment is advantageous
