About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive  Billing & Collections Specialist  to join our team . In this role, you'll manage the end-to-end billing process — from generating invoices and reconciling payments to following up on overdue accounts — ensuring smooth financial operations and a great customer experience.
You'll collaborate closely with our finance and operations teams to maintain accurate financial records, monitor usage-based billing, and drive timely collections.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and send accurate invoices to customers on time.
Monitor customer usage data and ensure correct billing for SaaS subscriptions.
Record incoming payments and reconcile them with outstanding invoices.
Proactively follow up with customers for overdue payments while maintaining professionalism.
Resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries promptly.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
Prepare periodic reports on billing, payments, and outstanding balances.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and compliance.

Must have skills
1–3 years of experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable.
Hands-on experience with invoicing/accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Zoho Books, Xero).
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and reconciliations.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills with customers.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good to have
Experience in SaaS, subscription-based, or tech companies.
Ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently.
Accuracy in financial documentation and reporting.
