Roles and Responsibilities Manage and oversee all daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Generate financial reports and summaries for management review.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
Assist in preparing for audits.
Skills Required Proven experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.
Strong proficiency in accounting software ( e.g., Quick Books, Tally, Zoho Books ).
Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and management.
