Job Description

The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Responsibilities include driving sales results, overseeing daily store operations, managing staffing and payroll, training and developing staff, and promoting a positive customer experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive Sales and Customer Experience.
  • Manage OMNI Channel Fulfillment.
  • Maintain Store Presentation and Sales Floor Supervision.
  • Oversee Store & Stockroom Operations.
  • Handle Staffing, Scheduling, and Payroll Management.
  • Lead Training and Development initiatives.
  • Facilitate Communication within the team.
  • Ensure Asset Protection.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer‑facing role.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and challenging environment.
  • Team‑building and self‑starter attributes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Drive to achieve results and adaptability/flexibility.
  • Multi‑tasking capability.
  • Fashion interest & knowledge.
