• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Execute a fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with omni‑channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including return/go‑back processes and general store recovery to ensure a well‑merchandised, in‑stock store.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Interact with others positively and respectfully; promote commitment to the organization’s vision and values; be a role model for other team members.
• Cross‑trained in custom framing selling and production.

Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

• Ability to remain standing for long periods.
• Ability to move throughout the store.
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
• Lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
• Will work nights, weekends, and early mornings.

• Public retail store setting; climate controlled public areas, some stock rooms may not be climate controlled.
• Occasional outdoor work retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks.
• Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press.

$15.00 – $17.70 per hour.
