Job Description
Join Target as an On-Demand Guest Advocate (Cashier) for the General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, and Style teams. The starting hourly rate is $16.75 USD, with a pay range of $16.75 - $25.15 USD per hour.
As a Guest Advocate, you will create a welcoming experience for guests, answer questions, and resolve concerns. You will also scan and bag items efficiently, maintain a clean work area, and support guest services such as order pick-up and drive-up orders.
